Project EVE is delivered through our multidisciplinary team of professionals to include psychiatric APNs, a psychologist, several licensed therapists (LCSWs, LSWs, and LACs) and other support staff.

Utilizing elements of the evidence-based model TRC, we have in place a setting that incorporates comprehensive and culturally competent care, buttressed by trauma-informed, client-centered approaches, where individual service plans (ISPs) are developed for each client, which includes access to a cross-section of internal and external community-based services including, but not limited to:

Safe and stable temporary housing (internal and external)
Legal advocacy and services (internal and external)
Individual and family and group therapeutic sessions (internal)
24-hour emergency shelter referrals (external)
Gateway services to include a food and clothing pantry (internal)
Comprehensive psych-evals and behavioral assessments (internal)
Coordinated intensive case management, including permanency and harm-reduction safety planning (internal)
Integrated health services (internal—behavioral and primary care)
